arvato China receives "Best Call Center Outsourcing Provider Award"

arvato in China has repeatedly won the "Best Call Center Outsourcing Award" as best provider of call center services. The colleagues on site contributed to two customers winning awards.    

The "Best Call Center Outsourcing Provider Award" is considered the most important prize in the country's industry and is awarded by "51 Call Center," the central online platform in the fields of call center and BPO services. "51 Call Center" recognizes the excellence and innovation of arvato's customer service solutions. Furthermore,arvato customers Wyeth Illuma Club and L'Oréal China received the "Best Club Program Designer" and "Best Customer Care Center" awards respectively.
