CR at arvato: A holistic strategy
CR at arvato is based on three pillars: social, environmental and economic concerns. Our civic engagement is shaped by our corporate structure: We carry out decentralized activities on site, throughout our service chain and in areas related to our business endeavors. This is the context for our fields of action, which produce lasting added value for society and the environment, as well as for our company.
Five areas are of particular interest to arvato. We are involved in initiatives and projects in fields that are closely related to our core businesses, that allow for the participation of our on-site employees and that help cope with the social challenges of the future in a sustainable way. The environment and energy as well as education, media literacy and digitization are therefore areas that are related to our businesses and in which our expertise can make a difference.
As a decentralized enterprise, arvato also seeks to contribute to the communities in which it does business, to provide disaster relief for people in need and to encourage the involvement of its employees.
