13/06/2012, Preventiometer and prevention coaches for innovative check-ups and ongoing care: “high vitality people,” an initiative developed jointly by arvato Healthcare and Microsoft, now offers a comprehensive, integrated and low-cost prevention program from initial screening to long-term implementation including ongoing and measurable results. The service is aimed at companies which have recognized that occupational health management is crucial to their success and competitiveness and wish to implement suitable programs quickly, professionally and at reasonable cost.
For companies it is becoming increasingly important to keep their employees motivated and healthy despite the growing stresses of ever-changing work environments and the fact that people are now retiring at a later age. But a significant number of companies – not just smaller ones – are finding it very hard to implement many of the occupational health management and prevention programs for reasons of cost alone.
