In order to offer our worldwide customers innovative solutions quickly and flexibly, we have organized Arvato into five units – the solution groups: CRM Solutions for the area of customer relationship management, SCM Solutions for supply chain management solutions, and the solution groups of Financial Solutions, IT Solutions and Digital Marketing. Our core markets are Germany, France, the UK, Spain, China and the US, with a further focus on the growth regions India, Poland and Turkey.
Chief Financial Officer
Rolf Hellermann has served as Head of Bertelsmann’s Corporate Controlling and Strategy department since 2012. In this role, he is a permanent guest on Bertelsmann’s Executive Board and Group Management Committee and on the Boards of RTL Group and Penguin Random House. Since last year, his area of responsibility has also included Corporate Business Development tasks, including the implementation of strategic Group initiatives.
After studying business administration in Vallendar, Los Angeles and Nancy, Hellermann completed his studies with a doctorate from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Immediately afterwards, in 2004 he joined Bertelsmann’s Corporate Controlling and Strategy department and in 2008 was appointed Vice President in charge of corporate controlling and investment controlling for Random House, Arvato and Direct Group. During his Bertelsmann career, Hellermann has also completed postings at RTL Group in Luxembourg and Gruner + Jahr in Hamburg. In July 2015 he became CFO of Arvato.
Solution Group Management
Andreas Krohn has been the head of CRM Solutions at Arvato since December 2014. He was born in 1959 in Westerstede, Germany.
Krohn began his professional career at Arvato after studying business in London, Reutlingen and Fontainebleau as an assistant to the management of Mohn Media. After serving in further management positions, he switched to Arvato Services in 1995. From here on, he concentrated on the rapidly expanding airline business, which he used as the basis for expanding the company’s business with customers from the tourism industry over the following years. He also oversaw the development of Arvato’s service segment in Asia during the same time. Krohn was responsible for all of Arvato’s CRM activities in Germany in 2013 and 2014. In December 2014 he took over the company’s international CRM activities bundled under the CRM solution group.
In his new position, Krohn is strengthening his focus on the strategic realignment, international cooperation and digital transformation of Arvato’s global CRM business.
Krohn is married and has three children.

Frank Schirrmeister has been a member of the Arvato Executive Board since August 2014 and is head of the Arvato SCM solution group. He was born on April 29, 1965, in Herne, Germany.
After studying electrical engineering at the Rhineland-Westphalian Technical University (RWTH) in Aachen, he began his career as a senior adviser at the Arthur Andersen & Co. consultancy firm (now Accenture).
In 1994 Schirrmeister moved to Arvato, where he held management positions in Gütersloh and Versmold. In 1999 he was appointed vice president with responsibility for the global business operations of the Arvato client Microsoft. He has served as CEO of Arvato distribution GmbH since 2004.
Schirrmeister lives in Bielefeld with his wife and two children.
Frank Kebsch, CEO Arvato Financial Solutions has been working at different subsidiaries of Arvato Financial Solutions since 2000. He was born on September 15, 1965 in Dortmund.
He studied Economy at the Ruhr University in Bochum and started his career as a Key Account Manager at the Westfalenbank AG in Bochum. In 2000 he moved to the BFS finance GmbH, an Arvato Financial Solutions company, where he held successive management positions for the next years. From 2000 to 2001 he was Head of Credit Department at the BFS finance GmbH. Until 2005 he was the responsible Managing Director at the BFS risk management GmbH and the BFS risk & collection GmbH. In 2005 he was nominated to be the Managing Director and Head of Collection for the total group. Between February 2014 and Mai 2016 he has been the responsible CEO for the Region Central Europe at Arvato Financial Solutions. Kebsch has been CEO of Arvato Financial Solutions since June 2016.
As CEO of Arvato Systems Matthias Moeller is responsible for Arvato’s Solution Group IT.
After studying computer science and business administration, he joined Bertelsmann Arvato in 1995 where he has held various roles.
He has been a part of the senior management team for IT Services since 2003. In 2012 Matthias Moeller was appointed Managing Director of Arvato Systems perdata GmbH with responsibility for IT Solutions and Services in the Utilities market unit.
On 1st April 2016, he additionally took on the role of CEO of the Arvato Systems Group.
Jackson Ribeiro Junior
Vice-President of Arvato Brazil
Jackson Ribeiro Jr was born in Bicas, Mg, Brasil, in march 1975 and has technical studies in Electronics from Universidade de Juiz de Fora (UFJF), degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Brasilia (UNB) and MBA in Economics from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP)
He began his career in 1997 at Mercedes-Benz and worked in the city of Juiz de Fora - Brazil and Rastatt - Germany always in the Logistics area. In 2000, he moved to ZLU, a German consulting company, where he held Supply Chain projects for Mercedes-Benz in East-London - South Africa and other companies from various sectors in different cities of Brazil. In 2003, he was invited to join Arvato Brazil. He started his activities in Logistics management and afterwards worked in various management positions. In 2008, he took over the general management of printing business and in 2011 became the vice-president of Arvato Brasil. In 2013 participated in the spinoff process and sales of Sonopress. Jackson is responsible for the management of Arvato Brazil since 2013.
Nilson Binatti, Printing Solutions
Nilson has a degree in Economics and started his career with printing in 1986, at OESP Gráfica Company, belonging to Grupo Estado, in logistics and Supplies areas.
In 1994, he left for other professional challenges in the graphic branch, where he served in several areas.
In 2007 he joined Arvato, as Commercial Representative; a few months later took over the Commercial Supervision and in 2009 held Manages Commercial, which is today.
Douglas Alves, Supply Solutions
Douglas Alves was born in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in November 1972 and has been with the Bertelsmann Group for 18 years.
He began his career in 1987, at the GPA working in the administrative area until 1992. In the same year he took on a new challenge in the entertainment area, at the Teatro Imprensa, a Silvio Santos Group company, and later joined the SBT broadcast technical team. In 1999, after a season in the US, he joined the commercial team of Sonopress, the Bertelsmann Group's record company that produced and managed media content for major clients such as BMG, Sony, Watch Tower, Microsoft, among others. He went through major challenges of technology change, such as VHS to CD / DVD, CD / DVD to Blu Ray Disc (Playstation / Xbox) reaching Sales Manager for Video Game retailing, position he held until the middle of 2014. In 2016, he was invited to join the Arvato New Business team.
