In order to offer our worldwide customers innovative solutions quickly and flexibly, we have organized Arvato into four business units: Arvato CRM Solutions for the area of customer relationship management, Arvato SCM Solutions for supply chain management solutions, and the business units of Arvato Financial Solutions and Arvato Systems. Our core markets are Germany, France, the UK, Spain, China and the US, with a further focus on the growth regions India, Poland and Turkey.

Thomas Mackenbrock
CEO Arvato CRM Solutions
Thomas Mackenbrock was appointed CEO of Arvato CRM Solutions in September 2018. Prior to that, he worked for Bertelsmann and Arvato in several departments, roles and countries. In 2006, he began his Bertelsmann career in Corporate Development at the headquarter in Gütersloh. In 2008, he took over responsibility for the Business Development department. Starting in 2012, he built up Bertelsmann Brazil Investments (BBI) and the Bertelsmann Corporate Center in São Paulo as Managing Director, followed by the role as Executive Vice President Global Business Strategy for Brazil and China at the BMG. Most recently, he served as Chief Strategy Officer of Arvato
Before he joined Bertelsmann, Mackenbrock worked from 2000 to 2006 for McKinsey & Company in the fields high-tech, telecommunications and media.
Mackenbrock studied business and economics in Ingolstadt, Chicago and Leipzig and obtained his doctorate at the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. He is married and has two children.
Rolf Hellermann
CEO Arvato Financial Solutions
Rolf Hellermann is the CEO of Arvato Financial Solutions since November 2018. Previously he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Arvato. In addition, he has been serving as head of Bertelsmann’s Corporate Controlling and Strategy department since 2012.
After studying business administration in Vallendar, Los Angeles and Nancy, Hellermann completed his studies with a doctorate from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. Immediately afterwards, in 2004 he joined Bertelsmann’s Corporate Controlling and Strategy department and in 2008 was appointed Vice President in charge of corporate controlling and investment controlling for Random House, Arvato and Direct Group. During his Bertelsmann career, Hellermann has also completed postings at RTL Group in Luxembourg and Gruner + Jahr in Hamburg.
Frank Schirrmeister
CEO Arvato SCM Solutions

Frank Schirrmeister has been a member of the Arvato Executive Board since August 2014 and is head of the Arvato SCM solution group. He was born on April 29, 1965, in Herne, Germany.
After studying electrical engineering at the Rhineland-Westphalian Technical University (RWTH) in Aachen, he began his career as a senior adviser at the Arthur Andersen & Co. consultancy firm (now Accenture).
In 1994 Schirrmeister moved to Arvato, where he held management positions in Gütersloh and Versmold. In 1999 he was appointed vice president with responsibility for the global business operations of the Arvato client Microsoft. He has served as CEO of Arvato distribution GmbH since 2004.
Schirrmeister lives in Bielefeld with his wife and two children.
Matthias Moeller
CEO Arvato Systems
Matthias Moeller is CEO of Arvato Systems.
After studying computer science and business administration, he joined Bertelsmann Arvato in 1995 where he has held various roles.
He has been a part of the senior management team for IT Services since 2003. In 2012 Matthias Moeller was appointed Managing Director of Arvato Systems perdata GmbH with responsibility for IT Solutions and Services in the Utilities market unit.
On 1st April 2016, he took on the role of CEO of the Arvato Systems Group.
