Leading Fortune 10 Software Company renews contract with Arvato India for Inside Sales support
Arvato India and a leading Fortune 10 software company have renewed a multi-million euro contract for Arvato to continue running the client’s Inside Sales tele-engine for three more years till 2021. Arvato India won the pitch while competing against the top global service providers in the CRM industry.
Gurgaon, India: Arvato India has won a renewed contract from a Fortune 10 software company for providing Inside Sales services for a period of three years till 2021. Arvato India has been helping the global tech leader expand its sales reach in the country for the past 14 years. The client ran an open RFP inviting the top CRM Service providers to pitch for running its Inside Sales engine over the past few months.
Arvato’s understanding of the tech company’s products and processes, a long-standing partnership with the client and strong operational expertise in running B2B Tele Sales engines were key contributing factors in the win.
Arvato India has been supporting client’s various business segments in driving reach and revenue growth in the Indian market for the past 14 years, working closely with the client’s field sales teams and channel partners to deliver the desired outcomes. As of today, Arvato delivers a significant portion of the client’s revenues in the country across all business segments such as Enterprise, SMB and CDS.
