Personal assets insurance company chooses Arvato India as Customer Support partner
OneAssist, a Mumbai-based company which provides protection services for consumer assets, has partnered with Arvato India to provide customer support as it plans to scale in the country. Arvato India won the pitch while competing against the top service providers in the CRM industry.
Gurgaon, India: Arvato India has won a contract from OneAssist to provide Customer Support on its behalf for a period of 3 years till 2021. The initial team working on the OneAssist account will have 80 FTEs working from Arvato India’s Mumbai site.
OneAssist provides assistance and protection products and services to help customers carry on their lives without interruptions. The company helps customers with product solutions to keep them protected in events related to loss of wallet, smartphones, data loss, documents safety, accidental and liquid damage, etc.
Arvato India won the contract while competing against top players from the CRM industry. Our subject matter expertise and innovative approach in providing customer support solutions were key contributors in the win.

Arvato India, with its strong operational structure, has helped many brands scale in the country and globally. While the account will start with 80 FTEs providing back-end and phone support to customers of OneAssist, this number is expected to grow in the future.
