Andreas Krohn has been the head of CRM Solutions at Arvato since December 2014. He was born in 1959 in Westerstede, Germany.
Krohn began his professional career at Arvato after studying business in London, Reutlingen and Fontainebleau as an assistant to the management of Mohn Media. After serving in further management positions, he switched to Arvato Services in 1995. From here on, he concentrated on the rapidly expanding airline business, which he used as the basis for expanding the company’s business with customers from the tourism industry over the following years. He also oversaw the development of Arvato’s service segment in Asia during the same time. Krohn was responsible for all of Arvato’s CRM activities in Germany in 2013 and 2014. In December 2014 he took over the company’s international CRM activities bundled under the CRM solution group.
In his new position, Krohn is strengthening his focus on the strategic realignment, international cooperation and digital transformation of Arvato’s global CRM business.
Krohn is married and has three children.
