First BrandMaker road show for marketing directors
The 350+ participants at the half-day informational event learned more about the latest trends in marketing, including web-to-publish, MRM, local area marketing, rich media, and tablet publishing. They also received a short, but detailed, overview of possible applications for marketing resource management as both a technology and a solution.
During the road show, Arvato Systems and Arvato Corporate Information Management as strategic BrandMaker partners reported on how Württembergische, the venerable German insurance company, was able to leverage its local sales teams to deliver comprehensive and, above all, practical local area marketing.
During its cooperation with BrandMaker, Arvato Systems has assumed both the pre-sales and after-sales support of selected customers in the area of marketing process optimization. The spectrum reaches from an analysis of the company’s situation to consultation and creation of technical specifications, to the implementation and customer-specific adjustment of the BrandMaker MRM suite and change management.
As an integrated marketing outsourcing provider, Arvato Corporate Information Management partners with BrandMaker to offer end-to-end platform hosting and support services. Within this partnership, the two companies offer a modular full-service concept. This covers everything from designing and creating marketing campaigns, on to marketing/user support, as well as the sourcing of promotional and printed materials through to physical/digital fulfillment and invoicing.
BrandMaker and the Arvato Group have already successfully completed their first large-scale projects together in Europe. Activities in the U.S. are being planned during the next stage, and in the mid term, worldwide expansion of this collaboration is being examined.
