Arvato takes over rewards sourcing for Spain´s leading rewards program
Munich. Travel Club, Spain's largest multi-partner rewards program, is entrusting the management of its extensive rewards shop to Arvato rewards, and benefits from the cooperation in two respects. “Our new partner not only gets an attractive portfolio of rewards featuring international brands but also, thanks to our large purchasing volume, very favorable terms," said Mark Edenharder, CEO of Arvato rewards.
Arvato rewards’ employees in Munich service many rewards programs in various European countries, sourcing the appropriate premiums and in many cases delivering them directly to the end customers as well. Clients who rely on the services of Arvato rewards include a pan-European chain of gas stations and a leading credit card provider. Spain’s Travel Club adds another major company to the client roster.
Thanks to the cooperation with Arvato, Travel Club can now offer its members a much more attractive range of rewards, including many new products and significantly more attractive international brands. The premiums sourced for Travel Club by the Munich-based Arvato subsidiary and delivered to the client’s warehouse in Madrid include exclusive iPad and iPhone cases, licensed products and collectibles and numerous household, travel, multimedia, sports and jewelry items.
The rewards team has also grown with the addition of the new client: Two Travel Club employees have now become Arvato colleagues. They will serve Arvato rewards’ Spanish clients from Madrid. "This lets us be even closer to our business partners," says Edenharder happily: “For us, this cooperation is another important step onto the Spanish customer loyalty market.”
