AstraZeneca and Arvato extend partnership to launch customer relationship programme for nurses
London. AstraZeneca’s UK Marketing Company, based in Luton, has extended its partnership with Arvato UK & Ireland to develop and manage a multi-channel educational and patient support service aimed at practice nurses. The new AZ Exchange programme is designed to build strong relationships with nurses by offering the opportunity to engage in dialogue about AstraZeneca’s medicines and services.
The partnership extension follows a successful pioneering framework which saw Arvato and AstraZeneca launch an innovative telemarketing service for time-pressured healthcare professionals across the NHS.
Arvato has established a team of ABPI (Association of British Pharmaceutical Industry) accredited telephone advisors based at AstraZeneca’s UK Marketing Company headquarters for the new venture. The integrated service offering also includes emails, education materials and patient support leaflets.
