A great success at the international Loyalty Awards: An award for Commerzbank AG and Arvato Loyalty & Promotion
Commerzbank’s »Member gets Member« loyalty program, developed by service provider Arvato, won an award at the international Loyalty Awards in London.
The first ever Loyalty Awards were held in London on June 12. Commerzbank’s loyalty scheme was category winner for »Best Coupon or Voucher Based Loyalty Programme.« The loyalty scheme, which is operated by Arvato, prevailed over its international competitors. Prizes were awarded to the best customer loyalty programs in a total of 20 different categories.
Since 2011, Arvato has been the service provider for Commerzbank’s loyalty scheme, which offers attractive rewards to customers that are able to win over additional customers for the company. Arvato is in charge of sourcing the rewards and is responsible for logistics and customer support activities in the service center. Together with Arvato Commerzbank also plans and implements special offers as part of the reward scheme.
The Loyalty Awards were created by Loyalty Magazine in cooperation with the founders of The Card & Payment Awards with the aim of recognizing the most outstanding and innovative customer loyalty schemes. This year, Arvato sponsored the »Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail: Food« and »Best Loyalty Programme of the Year – Retail: Non-food« categories.
