Just a few weeks after receiving the CRC Oro 2011 industry award, the Service Center specialist Qualytel has just received four more feathers in its cap from key account France Télécom España.
The Spanish subsidiary of France Télécom gave its "Premio Siempre Más" award to Qualytel in four categories: “1a Línea Empresas,” “Facturación,” “Back Office General” and “Venta Inbound.”
This award was given by France Télécom in recognition of the outstanding services that the Arvato subsidiary provides to their mobile service provider, Orange.
The Qualytel Service Center has been working for Orange in Salamanca since 2006. Each month, the center’s 170 or so employees field an average of 49,000 phone calls and 5,500 emails.
