Sefton. Arvato’s public private partnership (PPP) project in Sefton, northern England continues to fulfill the high Customer Service Excellence standard (CSE) according to the annual survey carried out by an independent team of assessors.
The review by the Public Sector team commissioned by the British government particularly focused on the quality of services and the professionalism and attitude of the staff. The pleasing result was that since the last review in 2010, the services have been further expanded and improved. This is also reflected in the 92-percent satisfaction rate among local residents.
Since October 2008, Arvato has provided comprehensive services for Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, a local authority of 280,000 residents. These include the operation of civic offices and financial services, such as the collection of local taxes and the payment of wages, salaries and pensions.
