New Arvato Public Sector Services brochure presents the full range of government services
The public and private sectors face major changes on many fronts. Both have to adjust to digitization, a heightened service culture, and demographic change. Other challenges facing the public sector include cutbacks of bureaucracy and budgets. Arvato offers a broad spectrum of services to provide support in coping with these. In the area of communications and services for citizens, for example, Arvato draws on the group’s highly flexible nationwide network of service centers, which encompasses 10,000 service center staff and a comprehensive range of languages, to offer communication and administrative services that do not fall within the government’s statutory duties. The technical services Arvato offers to the public sector include modern e-government solutions and IT consulting. The financial services on offer – in strict compliance with data protection laws – include invoicing and debt collection services, debt collection management, as well as setting up and maintaining double-entry accounting for local authorities.
