Also 2014, Arvato Systems commits to the rules of the Fair Company Initiative.
The systems integrator from Gütersloh appreciates the dedication of its interns, students and young professionals and emphasizes fair and transparent working conditions. To express this attitude Arvato Systems prescribes itself again to the Fair Company Initiative this year. Karriere, a job and business magazine, has been committed to fair internships for ten years. Therefore, it has created its own set of rules.
The rules provide, inter alia, that the company does not place interns or trainees in full-time positions. Siegfried Bloch, Head of Human Resources at Arvato Systems, emphasizes the importance of the established initiative for the company: “We, as responsible employees, place significant value on fair working conditions.”
The new logo of the Fair Company Initiative (German language) also displays the year now. By that, the magazine Karriere underlines the statement that fair treatment of young professionals must be provided continuously to the test.
