Go live: Customer care program for fashion retail online store in India
Arvato India has launched a customer care program for a popular American fashion retail chain that recently launched an online retail store in India.
The India online store went live in July 2014. The Arvato team provides customer support by phone and e-mail to the client’s online customers. The team assists customers with queries about issues such as customer accounts, order status, complaints, returns management. The support is provided over a 12-hour window (9 a.m.-9 p.m.), 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
