Arvato Poland: Tops in Customer Satisfaction
In connection with a customer satisfaction survey, Arvato Poland has been crowned the best supply chain management (SCM) company in e-commerce in 2014. The “Logistics Provider of the Year” survey is the only survey on customer satisfaction in the logistics or SCM industry in Poland and has been carried out by Data Group Consulting since 2002. The winners are selected based on the customer satisfaction values of each company that participates in the study. For 20 years, Arvato Poland has provided services in the areas of supply chain management (SCM), customer relationship management (CRM) and financial services (FS). “This award is fully in line with our motto ‘E-Commerce – 100% satisfaction’. Our solutions are appreciated by those who work with them every day: our customers,” says Arvato Poland’s Lidia Ratajczak-Kluck.
For more than 20 years, Arvato Poland has offered integrated and innovative services in the areas of logistics (SCM), customer service (CRM) and financial services (FS). In 1994, Arvato had opened one of its first international offices in the country. In the early days, 50 people provided logistics services for the Bertelsmann book club.
