The strategic partnership between the companies Arvato Systems, CAS AG and IOT GmbH offers a combined know-how for the omni-channel distribution. Especially the clients of SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR) and SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence (SAP CEI) will benefit from this step. Amo Niemietz, professor at the Westphalian University of Applied Sciences and CEO of ITO GmbH, says: “This opens up a new chapter in omni-channel retail with SAP CAR.” The individual scenarios of cross-linked sales channels for retail and wholesale will be presented at the SAP Retailers Forum in July 2015.

Dirk Blum, CEO of CAS AG, emphasized the advantages of the alliance: “Omni-channel retailing is an interdisciplinary challenge.
