Customer Care Federation is a young and vibrant society in a rapidly developing field. In the area of communications, there are plenty of technological developments. The position of Customer Contact in organizations is getting more important every day.
The association aims to represent the interests of Dutch companies and (semi) government regarding Contact Center and Customer Contact Management in general, those of members in particular, and to develop the field of Customer Service and Customer Contact.
More than 160 member organizations are member: the finest organizations in the Netherlands, and we are proud of that! The members are spread across all sectors: Telecom, Energy, Finance, Government, Retail, Healthcare etc. Given the large number of people working in our sector, circa 150,000, we have a serious responsibility in this area.
