Arvato services is Marc O'Polo’s new full-service e-commerce service provider
From logistical processing and customer service to the full range of financial services, including risk management, payment and debtor management, Arvato services provides all of the services needed on the backend.
Arvato services uses a central e-commerce IT system to manage Marc O'Polo’s data on customers, orders, deliveries and payment, as well as its warehouse stock and item information. Multilingual capabilities guarantee optimal customer service by telephone, e-mail and fax.
About 70,000 Marc O'Polo items for men, women, and children have been stored in the Arvato services logistics center in Dortmund since this spring. More than 250,000 shipments leave the central warehouse of the fashion and lifestyle service provider each year. Management of all returns processes is also handled by Arvato services.
Plans call for internationalising the e-commerce business, expanding activities in the area of multi-channel management, and integrating a CRM solution.
