Strategic British Airways and Arvato partnership takes off
Under the agreement, Arvato will support British Airways by delivering some telephone customer service functions for its global contact centre operation.
Following a competitive tender process, Arvato was chosen for its global service capability and the flexibility of its proposed solutions.
