“I’d like to warmly thank Christine Scheffler for her excellent work on behalf of the entire Executive Board,” says Arvato CEO Achim Berg. “During the last two years, she was a key advisor to me on all essential HR and organizational decisions. She played a formative role in the transformation of Arvato and established and expanded the HR department with a lot of dedication and great success. Together with her colleagues, she also created professional structures and made major strategic decisions based on her expertise and understanding of leadership through partnership.”
At the same time Berg said he was pleased with the appointment of Rebecca Steinhage: “In Rebecca Steinhage, the Arvato Executive Board gains a proven HR expert who has impressively demonstrated that she has the personal and expert requirements to actively and systematically develop global HR management at Arvato.”
