Keeping an eye on numbers and goods
The Case - Deutsche Bank AG
We make it possible
Companies are put to hard task when it comes to controlling sophisticated and cost-intensive internal processes and flows of goods before distribution to the end customer. Purchasing from multiple suppliers across several platforms is complex and time-consuming. At Deutsche Bank, the objective was to use an overlapping system to streamline internal processes for purchasing and distribution to branch offices, internal departments and end customers.
An intelligent and cost-saving solution for cross-supplier procurement. Outgoing goods bundled and coordinated. Automated and uniform invoicing – tailored to the personal customer's needs and modularly expandable.
At Deutsche Bank, we implemented an innovative IT solution to control the purchasing and distribution of up to seven product groups centrally and over a single platform. The solution wasn't just perfect for the logistic handling of consumables like commercial print products, office supplies and copy paper, advertising materials, print-on-demand products and individualizable products like business cards, stamps or name tags; it also the saved costs on highly specialized items - from sort cash boxes to art objects - needed in the bank's specialist departments.
Arvato and Deutsche Bank have worked in close partnership for more than 25 years. By virtue of this trusting collaboration, we are able to continually exploit optimization potential and jointly set new benchmarks in efficient marketing supply chain management.Boris Scholz, President Corporate Information Management – Arvato SCM Solutions
Reduntant structures were broken up and replaced with uniformed, automated process sequences. This took pressure off staff, lowered costs and increased efficiency.
