Arvato wins CRM Best Practice Award - Prestigious award at CRM expo 2011
This year’s Special Award for International CRM went to Arvato. The Arvato services experts were able to convince the jury with a major project for an American IT company involving the implementation of six partner programs in a single system. The CRM Best Practice Award, considered the industry’s premier award, has honored excellence in innovative CRM solutions in since 2000.
The Special Award for International CRM was presented by Christoph Pause, jury chairman and editor-in-chief of acquisa magazine. “The jury was won over first by the fact that the Arvato solution created a uniform B2B customer loyalty system across three continents. Second, the jury loved the way this complex CRM project is being implemented. As a result, customer satisfaction levels rose from 57 to 87 percent!"
