Arvato Financial Solutions provide invoice services for many companies. If you have received an invoice from us it means that you shopped at any of our customers webshops. If you have a product question we recommend you to contact the store you purchased the product in.

My Pages or MyAfterPay provide information about your invoice, for example which company you've been buying from, due date, payment status and a lot of other useful information.

If you have made a purchase from any of our partners you will get an invoice from us. If you have questions regarding your payments, like to open an account, start paying by instalments etc - please don't hesitate to contact us.

Collection

If for some reason your payment hasn't reached us, we will send the invoice to Gothia Inkasso. If you have received an invoice from them and have questions, needs help with a payment plan etc - don't hesitate to call us.

I’ve paid my invoice, but I still received a reminder. Why?

If you make your payment late, we send you a reminder.

Which payment methods can I choose among?

You can choose invoice, account, instalment or card payment. However we will give you more payment options in the future.

What happens to my invoice if I return any items from my order?

Naturally, you will only be required to pay for the goods you have kept. Calculate the sum for the goods you have chosen to return, and pay the remaining sum – including any return freight costs – using the payment details from the original invoice.

I haven’t received my order yet, but you have sent me an invoice anyway. Why?

Your invoice is sent with your order or by email. If the invoice is sent by email, it may sometimes arrive before your order is delivered. If you still have not received your order in a few days, contact the company from which you made your purchase.

Why can’t I make purchases with AfterPay?

There are several factors that can affect whether your purchase will be approved by AfterPay. When you choose to pay by invoice an usual credit check will be done. If you’re not approved you will be referred to pay with card or any other direct payment that the web shop offers.
