Soner Cesur graduated from the Management Information Systems department of the Bosporus University and successfully held several managerial positions for the Turkish operations of international companies in his professional career. He has worked in management positions in the sales and marketing fields between 2000 and 2007 in Hewlett-Packard; Sales Director and Country Manager between 2008 and 2010 in Sony Ericsson. He held different Senior Manager roles from 2011 to 2013 in NetApp which is a leader in enterprise data storage industry. He is now serving as the CEO of Arvato Telekomünikasyon (Arvato CRM) Turkey and leading the country within the Bertelsmann group for Turkey operations.

Umur Özkal started his career in Arthur Andersen after graduating from the Management Faculty of the Bosporus University in 1990. He started to work at the Business Consultancy department and then he was promoted up to the senior manager position in the Supply Chain Management department. In Arena Computer where he started to work in 1999 he first worked as CFO and then COO. He joined Borusan Lojistik in 2001 as CFO and after 2007 he continued as the COO. He started as General Manager in Ekol Lojistik in 2009. He then established the OGLI e-Solutions Platform within the German OTTO Group in the beginning of 2012. He is still working as the General Manager of SCM (OGLI e-Solutions Platform) in Arvato Bertelsmann.

Ciaran Prendergast graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Waterford Institute of Technology in Ireland and started working in Teleservice Dublin in 1998 as an Electronic Repair Technician. In 2000 he started working as the Technical Team Leader in the Teleservice International branch in Flensburg in Germany and then he worked as Technical Supervisor in Arvato Services in Portugal. Prendergast then worked as Technical Supervisor in Arvato Teleservice Switzerland, Arvato Teleservice Turkey and Arvato Teleservice Greece and in 2003 he was appointed as the quality manager responsible for the Mediterranean region including Turkey, Greece and Portugal in the Teleservice International Essen office. Ciaran Prendergast started to work as the Arvato Teleservice Turkey General Manager in 2012 and he is still in this position.
