Could a robot save your public services? Arvato marketing campaign shortlisted for two PR Moment Awards
The campaign to drive awareness of our Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solution across the public sector has been named a finalist for two categories at this year’s PR Moment Awards.
The shortlisting for the ‘Best Business-to-Business (B2B) Campaign’ and ‘Best Use of Research’awards recognises the work of our Marketing and Communications Team and agency partners including Citypress, who executed an integrated marketing and communications campaign that differentiated the Arvato brand in the competitive public sector market and delivered new business leads for our RPA solution, ProcessAutomate.
Drawing on research from 118 government organisations, the campaign created compelling, original thought leadership content, designed into a whitepaper and launched through a media relations, direct marketing and social media campaign.
Bettina Grab, Head of Marketing & Communications, CRM Solutions, Arvato UK & Ireland, commented: “RPA has the potential to help public sector organisations transform, not only to save money, but to also to ensure people can still access the frontline services they need.”
“Despite widespread adoption across the private sector, some government organisations aren’t yet aware of the technology. Through the campaign we were able to educate the sector about the benefits of RPA, position Arvato as a thought leader on the technology’s applications within the public sector, and ultimately develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.”
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at The Hilton Hotel in Manchester on Thursday 16th November – see the full list of nominees here.
