We reduced external legal costs for East Cheshire NHS Trust by resolving 70% of employee relations case calls using our HR Direct portal and expert advice line.
HR Direct enabled us to deliver consistent, accessible HR support across all of our sites in England at an affordable cost. The new system was fully supported by a detailed training programme for staff that enabled us to maximise its use and application.
