Data sanitation: For returned items, we have the capability to provide electronic sanitisation to remove user data.
Recommerce: We maximise the value of returned assets by utilising multiple online and traditional channels for reselling.
Secure destruction: After checking for reusable components, we have the facility to dispose unusable returned items in accordance with required WEEE and security standards (as required).
Warranty Management: We operate a process to identify warranty validity and whether a product is beyond economic repair (BER), managing the complexity for clients with a range of products from different vendors.
