A comprehensive reverse logistics operation
Today’s reverse logistics operations are more than just receiving returned products and crediting returns. Our solutions aim to maximise stock value, whether that’s returning items to the sales cycle at full price or offering alternative recommerce solutions.
By analysing returned products, we can identify trends that enable manufacturers to improve product design and information provided for consumers.
For all sectors, we provide
Returns authorisation: We manage the Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) processes, and handle any discrepancies/unsolicited returns.
Crediting: Following validation of a return, we have the capability to operate a full customer crediting service.
Testing: From basic visual checks to technical tests, we operate a comprehensive system developed with the client to diagnose and route faults accordingly.
Repair: Depending on the outcome of the testing, we have the capability to provide a repairs service for certain devices.
Refurbishment: We have the facility to provide a product refurbishment service which includes updating software on all assets.
Data sanitation: For returned items, we have the capability to provide electronic sanitisation to remove user data.
Recommerce: We maximise the value of returned assets by utilising multiple online and traditional channels for reselling.
Secure destruction: After checking for reusable components, we have the facility to dispose unusable returned items in accordance with required WEEE and security standards (as required).
Warranty Management: We operate a process to identify warranty validity and whether a product is beyond economic repair (BER), managing the complexity for clients with a range of products from different vendors.
